How does payment work?
Pre-order your weekly treats online, then pay cash or EFTPOS when your order is delivered — no online payment needed. Any donation you add at checkout goes straight to funding a community meal.
Who can order?
Anyone in our Whangarei delivery area! Browse the menu, add your favourites to the cart, and check out.
When can I order?
Orders close at 8 PM each day for next-day delivery. Browse the menu, add items to your cart, and check out before the cutoff.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, go to "My Orders" to see live progress: Confirmed → Preparing → On the Way → Delivered.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — as long as the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once the kitchen has started preparing it, it can't be cancelled.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Each menu item lists its allergens (gluten, dairy, etc.). You can also add notes during checkout for the kitchen team.
How do you protect my privacy?
Your address and contact details are only shared with the driver delivering your order. We never sell or share your data.
